Madelyn has a passion for a holistic approach to health and fitness and a commitment to creating individualized programming to meet each client’s evolving needs.

Madelyn helps her clients discover their fitness “why” – a foundational anchor sustaining discipline behind motivation. Her background training at luxury gyms and coaching group fitness classes has helped hone her specialties, including strength training, pilates-based movements, yoga, nutrition, rehab/prehab, and lifestyle change.

Madelyn is grateful to be part of her clients’ fitness journeys and transformations, and has experience with clients of all levels – from first-time lifters to advanced athletes.
